301 stainless steel is a metastable austenitic stainless steel. It has a completely austenitic structure under sufficient solid solution conditions. Among stainless steels, 301 is the most easily cold-deformed steel. The cold-deformation process can increase the strength and hardness of the steel, and retain sufficient plasticity and toughness. In addition, the steel has good rust resistance under atmospheric conditions. However, the corrosion resistance in reducing media is not good, and the corrosion resistance in chemical media such as acid and alkali salts is poor, so it is not recommended for harsh environments. 301 is mainly used in cold working conditions to withstand higher loads, but also wants to reduce equipment weight and non-rusting equipment parts. In addition, this steel is prone to work hardening when it is impacted by external forces and can absorb more impact energy, which will provide more reliable safety protection for equipment and personnel.

BA—The surface gloss is excellent and has a high reflectivity, just like the mirror surface. Processing technology: hot rolling + annealing shot peening pickling + cold rolling + annealing pickling + surface polishing + quenched and tempered rolling.
No.3—has better gloss and rough surface. Processing technology: Polishing and tempering rolling of 2D products or 2B with 100 ~ 120 abrasive materials.
No.4—has better gloss and fine lines on the surface. Processing technology: Polishing and tempering rolling of 2D products or 2B with 150 ~ 180 abrasive materials.
HL—Silver gray with hair streaks. Processing technology: Polish the 2D product or 2B product with a suitable size of abrasive material to make the surface appear continuous grain.
MIRROR—is in a mirror state. Processing technology: 2D or 2B products are ground and polished to a mirror effect with a suitable abrasive material.
